He wins her heart with his enigmatic but sweet gestures. He convinces her to move in with him. Nick gives her the confidence and support that she needs to overcome her doubts.
Sameera starts to feel like Nick is the secret to happiness, she finds out that there is a search underway for her. Nick tells her that an Indian royal family is trying to locate her family. Fully convinced that it was a misunderstanding she ignores Nick’s warnings about the people that were searching for her and travels to India for a family emergency.
A member of the Royal Family that has been searching for her, meets Sameera as soon as she reaches India. Nick follows her to India a short while later and asks her to marry him to which she agrees whole-heartedly. The story ends on a happy note but with an open question around why Nick’s extended family in India is looking for Sameera’s family.

I love reading love stories. Who doesn’t? And I loved reading Destiny Decides- A tale of two hearts in search of true love by P.G Van.
Sameera lives in California with her sister Nat while her parents live in Dallas. Sameera and Nikhil were best buddies at school but fate had something else in store for them and they had to part ways. And then years later they meet and how. Had Van’s Destiny Decides been a movie, the handsome Nikhil on a bike would, of course, be someone like a John Abraham. And from the time they meet, there is an instant attraction. Her sister Nat is dating Srini. Sameera manages work and is a passionate dancer.
Nikhil is a rich and successful businessman and the author takes us through his opulent lifestyle. He is also in love with her and is endearing and sweet. Love blossoms but we also know that Sameera has seen a lot at a young age. But Nikhil is warm and is supportive and love blossoms. But while they get closer there is somebody who is trying to locate her. No, it is not a goon or ex-lover. It is someone from the royal family. So what happens when Sameera comes to India for a family emergency? Does this search create problems for her and Nikhil? Is this a happily ever after? The reader would have to grab the book and find that out.
The author has used an easy language and an easy narrative. The bond between the two sisters is sweet and adorable. Nat and Srini also feel cute together and so is the friendship between Srini and Nikhil. The bonding that Sameera and Nat share with their stepfather is heart-warming. The descriptions of Indian wear and Indian costumes are detailed and will be an attraction for the international audience.
The story is a refreshing read.
